Yebo Wins

Get in front of people already looking

Everyone here arrived wanting something to enter. That is a very different audience from people scrolling past an ad.

Step 1

Create an account

Your name, your email, and the brand you run competitions for.

No card and no plan to pick. Takes about two minutes.

Step 2

Add your competition

Prize, value, closing date, how people enter, and a link to your own terms.

You can keep editing it after it goes live.

Step 3

Choose how entries work

Send people to your own page, or let us collect the entries and hand you the list.

Hosted entries come with the consent each person gave.

Step 4

Go live

We check it reads correctly, then it joins the feed and starts showing up in search.

Usually the same working day you submit it.

You choose where entries happen

Both are free. The difference is who collects the entries, and it is a decision you make per competition rather than once.

Referral

Send them to your own page

Your competition is listed here and every button sends people to your own entry page. You keep the entrants, the form and the data, exactly as you do now.

  • Nothing to integrate. Give us the link and the terms.
  • We never see your entrant data.
  • Best when you already have a working entry flow.
Hosted

Let us collect the entries

People enter on Yebo Wins and you get the full list. We handle the form, the validation and the consent record, and hand everything over as a CSV.

  • You get every entrant, with the consent each one gave.
  • Consent wording is stored as it was shown, for POPIA.
  • Best when you want entries without building a form.

What we need from you

Four things. If you have your terms open, this takes about five minutes.

The prize, in detail

What it is, how many there are, and what it is worth. Entrants sort by value, so a stated value gets you more attention than 'hampers to be won'.

A real closing date

Date and time. We take it from your terms, and the listing comes down by itself the day it closes, so you never have people entering a finished competition.

How people enter

The actual steps. Till slip, WhatsApp line, online form, account holders only. We write it out plainly so nobody wastes an entry doing it wrong.

A link to your terms

Every listing links to your own terms and conditions. Yours are the ones that govern the competition, and we say so on the page.

What promoters ask

What does it cost?

Nothing. There is no listing fee, no subscription and no commission. We are building the biggest honest index of South African competitions, and that needs promoters listing on it.

Why is it free?

Because the audience is worth more to us than a listing fee. People come here to enter competitions, which makes it a useful place for us to grow our own audience too. If we ever charge for something, it will be an added service, not the listing.

Who owns the entrant data on a hosted competition?

You get the full entrant list for your competition, with every consent attached. We also hold it, and we tell every entrant that in plain language before they enter. We do not sell it and we do not pass it to other promoters.

Can I edit a competition after it is live?

Yes. Prizes change, dates move and terms get amended. Edit it in the portal and the listing updates. Material changes are worth reflecting in your own terms too.

Can I get a listing taken down?

Yes, same day. Email us from an address at your brand's domain. That applies to listings you did not add yourself as well.

What if I do not want you writing about my competition?

We publish facts, not your marketing copy: the brand, the prize, the entry method, the cost and the closing date. If any of it is wrong, tell us and we will fix it. If you would rather not be listed at all, tell us that and we will remove it.

What listing gets you

Listing is free
  • Free to list. No card, no plan to choose.
  • Your own terms, closing date and wording.
  • The full entrant list as a CSV when we host it.
  • Every consent recorded and handed to you.
