Free competitions guide
How to find South African competitions that cost nothing to enter, and why most paid competitions must offer a free route as well.
Read itWin a R5,000 Sotran voucher, every month
Sotran gives away a R5,000 gift voucher every month. Entry is free, it happens in store, and it takes about two minutes. Here is how it works, where the three showrooms are, and what is worth spending the voucher on.
How the monthly draw works
Walk into any of Sotran's three showrooms during the month and fill in their short in-store survey. That is your entry. There is nothing to buy and nothing to pay.
One winner is drawn at the end of each month and takes home a R5,000 Sotran gift voucher to spend in store. Every month is a new draw, so you can enter again the following month.
Yebo Wins lists each month's draw as its own competition with the closing date, so you always know which month you are entering.

Who Sotran are
Sotran has been importing furniture and decor since 2003. Solid teak, reclaimed timber, hand-woven rattan, root furniture and carved stone basins, bought directly from family workshops in Bali, Java, northern India and Vietnam.
Because most pieces are handmade, no two are quite the same. Solid wood furniture carries a three year guarantee, and there is a 14 day return policy.
What R5,000 buys at Sotran
R5,000 goes a long way on the smaller pieces: a teak coffee or side table, a pair of rattan backed dining chairs, a carved teak mirror, a stone basin for the bathroom, or a woven rattan pendant light.
If you have your eye on something bigger, like a live edge suar dining table or a scooter bar, the voucher comes off the price, and Sotran offers flexible payment options for the rest.
Worth knowing before you visit
Sotran delivers nationwide. First time online buyers get 50% off delivery automatically at checkout, and delivery is free on orders over R30,000 in Gauteng and the Western Cape.
New stock arrives by container. Sotran lists incoming pieces as pre-arrivals before they reach the showroom floor, and a consultant can hold one for you until it lands.
Style consultants answer on WhatsApp if you want advice before you drive out. Website orders and delivery questions go to Emmy on 071 127 5523.
Is the Sotran draw legit?
Yes. It is run by Sotran itself, entry happens in their own showrooms, and it costs nothing to enter. We check every Sotran listing against the store before it goes live on Yebo Wins.
Sotran will never ask you to pay a fee, send airtime or share banking details to claim the voucher. If a message asking for any of that claims to be from Sotran, it is not.
